Meet the Instructor
Quntra is a passionate Fitness Instructor and proud mother of two handsome boys, deeply rooted in Jacksonville, Florida, where she has lived her entire life. Her lifelong love of fitness, especially in dynamic group settings, has fueled her mission to help others reach their full potential. She believes in the power of community, knowing that when people come together, they can motivate and push each other beyond their limits.
Currently, Quntra curates’ unique fitness experiences outside the traditional gym space, leveraging Jacksonville’s beautiful landscapes and favorite local spots. By hosting workouts in parks, waterfronts, and other iconic locations, she not only connects with diverse groups but also proves that intentional movement can happen anywhere. This initiative celebrates both the city she loves and the versatility of fitness, encouraging participants to embrace new environments.
Quntra’s passion for running has led her to participate in a range of races, including the Every Woman’s Marathon, the Space Coast Marathon, the DONNA Half Marathon, and a fundraising 10k for Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program, where she raised over $1,000 to support local veterans. She is now training for her next major challenge: the Chicago Marathon in fall 2026.
Despite the busyness of motherhood and life’s demands, Quntra remains dedicated to inspiring others. Her goal is to motivate people to stay active, prioritizing intentional movements that fit any lifestyle—demonstrating that fitness isn’t confined to a gym, but is accessible to all, wherever you are.
